These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of syncrafted.com (the “Website”) and any services provided by Syncrafted (“Syncrafted”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Syncrafted provides website design and development, custom web and mobile application development, AI solutions, chatbots, CRM systems, workflow automation, WordPress and Shopify development, and related support services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a separate proposal, quote or agreement (“Project Agreement”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement prevails.

2. Use of the Website

• You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.
• Information on the Website is provided for general information only and may change without notice.
• Estimates generated by our cost estimator are indicative only and do not constitute a quote or offer. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after a consultation.

3. Quotes, payments and timelines

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms, milestones and any deposits are defined in the Project Agreement.
• Timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback, content and approvals from you.
• Changes to the agreed scope may affect cost and timeline and will be agreed in writing.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, access and feedback needed to complete the project, and you confirm that any materials you provide (text, images, logos, data) do not infringe the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, including custom code and designs, unless otherwise stated in the Project Agreement. Syncrafted retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, product platforms and know-how, and grants you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party software, plugins, fonts and assets remain subject to their own licences. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Syncrafted products

Use of Syncrafted software products (such as SyncCRM, BookSync or SyncBot AI) may be subject to additional product terms, subscription terms or licence agreements provided at the time of purchase.

7. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment gateways, AI model providers, WordPress, Shopify or messaging APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing changes or policies of these third parties.

8. AI-generated output

AI features we build may produce content or decisions that are imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs appropriately for your use case, particularly for legal, medical, financial or other high-stakes decisions.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during a project, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Warranties and limitation of liability

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a Project Agreement, the Website and services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syncrafted is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

Either party may end a project as described in the Project Agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, unless otherwise agreed in a Project Agreement.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
